Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
Kesefy ("the Service") is a personal finance tracking application. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service is a tool, not financial advice
Kesefy helps you record and visualize your own financial data. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service should be relied upon as such. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see in the Service.
3. Your data and accuracy
You are responsible for the data you enter and for verifying its accuracy. Balances, reports, forecasts, currency conversions, and AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or wrong. Keep your own records; do not rely on the Service as your only source of truth.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@kesefy.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no automated abuse of the AI or other features, and no reselling of the Service without permission.
6. Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans, where offered, may begin with a free trial. After the trial, the plan renews at the stated price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, whose terms also apply. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example hosting, database, storage, currency data, AI, and payments). We are not responsible for their availability or actions, and their terms and privacy practices apply to the data they process.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kesefy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or savings, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or, for free use, zero).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
12. Governing law & contact
