Accessibility Statement

Kesefy is meant to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, Israeli Standard 5568 under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, the European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549) and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Conformance status
The Service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of it meets the guidelines, and the parts that do not yet are listed below.
What we have done
- Headings, landmarks and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus, including drag-and-drop lists that can be reordered from the keyboard.
- Accessible names on icon buttons; text alternatives for images.
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text; light and dark themes.
- Reflow at phone width without horizontal scrolling; text that scales with your browser.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting; nothing flashes.
- Labelled form fields with errors described in text.
- Right-to-left text handled wherever you type Hebrew.
- Automated checks with axe-core on every public page, and manual keyboard checks.
Known limitations

| Charts | Pie and line charts are visual; their figures are not all read aloud | The same figures appear in the tables and lists beside them | Data tables for every chart |
| Interface language | The interface is in English; your data can be in any language | — | A Hebrew interface |
| Screen-reader testing | Checks are automated and by keyboard; full screen-reader passes are not yet routine | Tell us what you hit | Regular VoiceOver passes |
