1. What we collect
Kesefy stores the information you choose to enter — accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, and related financial records — plus your account details (email, name, and a hashed password or Google profile basics). We do not ask for bank login credentials.
2. How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the Service to you: to display your finances, generate reports and insights, power optional AI features you invoke, and keep backups. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
3. AI features
When you use AI features (such as Smart Import or the assistant), the relevant text you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Do not paste anything you are not comfortable sharing with that provider.
4. Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties to run Kesefy, including cloud hosting, a managed database, object storage for attachments and backups, currency-rate sources, an AI provider, and (for paid plans) a payment provider. They process data only as needed to provide their part of the Service.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export everything at any time from Settings, and you can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support@kesefy.app. Backups are retained for a limited rolling window and then removed.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
